You will receive an online diary from me to fill out so I can see your current intake. I will analyze how many calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat you are consuming. I will also analyze the micronutrients in your diet (sodium, potassium, iron, vitmains, etc.) so that you can see what you might bemissing for optimal health!
